Guess what I got for $100 bucks!
4 clean, never hit a curb, 91-92 Z28 wheels AND tires (BFG front, ??? rear). This is a good example of the buddy system.
I built a computer for a buddy of mine and he used one of my old motherboards, some of my old memory, and a DVD-ROM drive I had laying around. I assembled everything and installed all the software. In turn we agreed that he would install a custom exhaust on my GTP whenever I got the parts.
Well, I hate exhaust work and so does he. He just happened to stumble across these 4 wheels/tires. I immediately proceeded to offer him $400. We later agreed to $300 due to how much he actually paid for them. Later that night he calls and says "Gimme $100 bucks and we can call it even on the computer stuff". Of course I couldnt turn that down!
I paid for the wheels the next day (Friday) and we took them off of his truck last night. Where are they now? Sitting in the basement waiting for my lazy *** to put the T-5 in my 91 RS together.
Is that a deal or what???
