anyone know spohn torque specs?

hey i just got my new parts from spohn (sway bars, wonderbar, and control arms), but my dad decided to throw away the install sheet with all the torque specs so i basically need specs for everything.. should i just use my stock specs or are they different for the poly bushings?

I just put the Spohn adj LCAs on my car and the sheet says 72 ft/lbs dry and 55 ft/lbs lubed. But I usually use the tight as I can get it rule myslef

thanks! i put the sway bars and the steering brace in and just used the factory specs for now and i cant believe the handling difference.. cant wait 2 put the control arms on but it just started raining
