Click on Useful Tools, then Speedometer Calculator, enter your specs. You can buy a swap kit directly from them, or do some more searching and find the GM parts numbers for the specific gears it tell you. If, for example, it returns 15 and 44, search for
44T VSS Gear
Or, you could go here and find all the GM #'s ya need

Do you know how many teeth your drive gear is? if not then replace both. Here are the options:
Choice 1) 15T drive gear & 41T Driven gear
Choice 2) 16T drive gear & 44T Driven gear
Choice 3) 17T drive gear & 46T Driven gear
Since GM doesnt have a 46T driven you can use either of the top two choices. Also the colors are above.

How can I figure what combo I need to make mine right ? Or if someone knows allready that would be great!
Im sure theres been more than one 350 turbo swaped into a 3rd gen.
It came with a 700r4 so the gague is for that, but now it has a th-350, and the tires are 245/50/16s It runs faser than I'm really going. I only have a 85 MPH speedo so it's easy to peg it

well i dunno about those pt numbers on that list you got up there for the driven gear...but i got another list that is off from GM themselves...and this is using the analog speedo gauge..
plus i verifed that one of the part number is correct because i had to buy that driven gear awhile ago.....( i got a 87 T/A with a 2.73, GM 10 bolt rear end gear/ and TH-700 R4 tranny)...
here's the "other" gm list...

i did the same swap as your gonna do, 2.73's to 3.27 (10bolt to 9bolt) i used the 41t gear driven (yellow) and 15t drive gear (gray) i just recieved them from 700r4.com im gonna install them this weekend, but the rear is a nice difference over the peglegger, but my brakes look kinda funny now that my rear disks are bigger than my front but overall its a worthwhile swap all around good luck

i had to get a new endlink kit for the sway bar cause both bolts snapped when i was taking them off, i also did my u-joints while i was at it, i also suggest a tall can of pb blaster penetrating fluid, cause all the bolts were never touched from the factory, so they were bretty rusty
