What lca's and panhard bar should i go with

I dont want them to be noisy who makes the best ones. Is the poly bushings noisy if so is there an other type of bushing u can get besides rubber.

I installed Spohn Performance Rear LCA's & Pandhard bar and I have No noise problem with there bushings.

good to hear i was thinkin of those just want to hear a few opions b4 i hand over the cash. Im known to get somethin then wish i would of got somethin else instead.

I got the Lakewood LCAs and the adj. panhard rod from Spohn.
I'm very happy w/ the results.

High durometer rubber 1LE LCAs will be the quietest.
