Home made SFC ?

Hey, I've got a weilding class coming up soon and thought i'd make a set of SFC. Does any one have a set installed or uninstalled they can get the dimensions from and send them to me via post or email ? I won't build them until I have a few months of weilding under my belt. The Hotchkis or Spohn type will do...........Thanks

You could just make them out of some square tubing. Shouldn't be hard at all. Would be easier than trying to make tubular ones I imagine.

all your really doing is tying in the front and rear "framerails" with a piece of tubing... 2" x 2" seems to be what people are using, as for wall thickness I couldn't tell you that
