rear brakes

rear brakes don't work

i know the cables are attached to the lever arm, and that the y connector is as tight as possible

what else could it be?

Are you having problems with the e-brake, or foot brake? If they're out of adjustment, it'll mess with both... If it's the foot brake only, you might have air in the lines, or a leak, or a bad balancer(I forget the proper name)...

Take the drum off and take a picture. We'll help you inspect them.
