which spohn panhard rod?

im installing eibach prokit springs soon. which spohn panhard rod be best for me to use to recenter the rear after the spring install? im guessing it obviously has to be one of the adjustable ones but which one? will the poly bushings make it really annoying while driving?

I have a Spohn adjustable panhard rod with poly bushings and i would recommend it. I have all poly bushings on my car and the suspension parts in my sig and i love how my car rides.

I have the poly/rod end combo. Less bind then the full poly, less noise then the full rod end.

Dish out the extra $20 bucks for the lighter & stronger moly option.

Don't do rod ends unless this is a race only car. It's beyond me why folks get the rod ends for the street. The rod end where never designed for long term endurance.
'Justins' poly/rod combo might be ok, just be aware there not ment to last 100000 miles.

Ron
Spohn - adjustable - rod ends ( It's a race only car ) - moly.

It's considered a solid mount, reducing deflection to almost zero meaning a consistent chassis & suspension geometry.
Poly's or rubber have a certain amount of deflection or movement, but dampen the road noise & live longer.

(see pic of rod end below)

btw: rod ends are not just on panhard's but many other suspension parts.
