Sway bar links
I put on a new set of Energy Suspension Poly sway bar end links. How far am I suppose to tighten them down. The directions were gone before I read them.

Tighten them until you can move the washers but they wont spin around. That's the reccomended way to do it but you can adjust it either more loose or more tight depending on the suspension feel you want. I run mine really tight and it really helps around the corners, dips, bumps.
Make sure you're doing this with the wheels on the ground, otherwise, when you lower the car, they'll be loose again. Not that it's a big deal or anything, you just have to do the job twice instead of once.

Just like above: I tighten them down until the edges of the bushings are flush with the sides of the washers.

this measurement in the pic is not 2 5/8 right? i want to order some es poly rear links, so where do i find the 2 1/4 ones.
at least jegs didnt seem to have those size neither did summit.
that is a pic of my stock rear sleeve from the end link.
i am looking for es poly ones or prothane endlink kits, the es kits look nice being zinc coated, just need to find the right size.
also have no need for sway bar bushings, i already bought those. thats why i want to find where i can just get the endlinks.

If you want "stock" length sleeves, you'll have to reuse the old sleeves. I haven't found any aftermarket sleeves that are the same length. My ES links were a bit longer.

Dog gone it, 'Spdfrk1990' I thought you where talking about tighting it till the bushing equaled the thickness of the washer, not the diameter.
