Which brakes would be better?

Wilwood Heavy Duty Kit (650 bucks new): 4 piston Wilwood Dynalite caliper, aluminum hub, 2 piece rotor (12"x.81")

or

C5 Brakes (gonna cost over 400 if I cant find good used parts): 2 Piston PBR Caliper, Cast Iron 3rd gen rotor as hub, C5 rotor (12.8"x1.25").

The thing that turns me off of the Wilwoods is the small caliper size, but the 4 pistons sounds great, and so does having a lightweight aluminum hub and 2-piece rotor assembly. Any comments, suggestions? Thanks!

Wilwood recommends that "Heavy Duty" kit as drag race set-up. That's also why the calipers are small. If you plan to do any kind of "spirited" driving either on the street or auto-x...etc, they'll tell you NOT to use their kit. At .81 their rotors are also on the thin side for street use.

The C5 brakes would be the better way to go if you plan to canyon carve, auto-x...and so on.

Thanks for the info. The auction is above what I was willing to pay now anyway, so its a no-go for me. If anyone's interested, check out http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...em=2416294548. I guess it back to plan A again, C5 brakes
