Couple things. . .

Did you have the rotors resurfaced? Mentioning they may be glazed, my guess is no. Did any anti-squeal compound (usually orange tube) come with the pads to put on the back? Or any anti-rattle shims? (The metal placed on the back of the pads.) What compound of pads did you get? Those are the things that come to my mind on this usually. I do alot of brakes, so these are usually the first things that come to mind.

as was mentioned resurface the rotors

that can cause some bad noise

the rotors aren't perfect and smooth but should have a slight rough finish to them...

first this makes for more friction and second doesn't polish off the pads as much

also did you break the pads in?

usually on a fresh set of pads you take them out do a few stops from about 60 or so

then do a few more from 45

and then a few from 35

giving a bit of time in between each speed range

bu tI think each manufac has a different break in process

what this does it heat cycle the pads and changes there structure a little bit making them brake better and dust less

another thing that can cause noise is break dust or compound type

you get lots of dust
then you get lots of squeeel
some compounds do the same thing

as a side note I'm surprised my brakes don't make loads of noise
never resurfaced the brakes... they are fairly smooth so I think I am going to touch them and the pads up with some sandpaper (too cheap right now to get them done right so I am doing a temp fix it).
the new pads had no antisqueal lube.
and I took all the shims out with the new pads as well
then for breaking in the pads is said don't ride the brakes... I did. though I did do it for only small time on then gave it time to cool down and so on...

to this day no noise or anything

*shrug* oh well guess it works

but I admit didn't do it right

Did you bevel the pads?

Meaning just grind down a little the outter edge over time the pads tend to make the edges really sharp and then they start to squeak.

If you got organic pads, those will usually make some noise for a bit or may never stop. Cheap and do the job, but wear out faster and usually make noise no matter what you do. Or, are they Wagner pads? I have had some problems with those from Autozone when I did brake work. Never a problem really with Raybestos. But there are always those once in a while cases.

I try to use carbon metallics whenever possible. Even put them on my Toyota thats rough as a dirt road, but it runs like a top and stops on a dime, lol.
