Adjustments coming loose?

It's been about a week and my adjustable torque arm and panhard bar adjusments are lose. Is this common? Would a heavy dose of loctite cure the problem?

Already came with them. They did not hold.

Anyone know the size of the adjuster nuts? I can not find my large wrenches and need to pick up some new ones on the way home.

1-1/8" Loctite the buggers. They work loose if not, a common syndrome of the vibration. The instructions should have said to use loctite on the jamnuts.
