85 iroc traction bars

i purchased a 85 iroc rear end and traction bars from the j-yard for dirt cheap, and was woundering what is the diffrence between my stock 83 z-28 traction bars, and thses off the 85 iroc. if you know or have in-put please respond. Also there is the torsion bar still there, is there any diffrence in that then what i got? My z-28 had the option performance handling package in 83.

i can only guess that traction bars are the lower control arms... and the torsion bar?... there is no torsion bars... there is a rear sway bar... my dad calls it a torsion bar.. so maybe you guys are speaking the same language... then there is a torque arm that stretches from the trans to the rear diff. then there is the Panhard bar that attaches one side to the axle, and one to the chassis. all rears have the same set up.
