Need help with vibration when accelerating.

Just dropped in a ZZ4 motor with a SuperRam on it and the aftermarket T-56 trans in to my car, I used Spohn’s cross member, torque arm and driveshaft.
I have the pinion angle at 0* and do not feel any binding in the driveshaft when I rotate it by hand, but when I drive the car and go more then 20% throttle then I get this really bad vibration. At cruse speeds it’s not there and when taking of at less then 20% it not there. Today I ran it to 45% throttle and 4500 rpms and once it got above 3500 it seemed to smooth out.
So what could be causing this, anyone have any ideas?
I sent Spohn an email Wednesday but still have got no reply back yet.
