LCA relocation brackets?

Do you have to use LCA relocation brackets with adjustable LCAs? I got a smoking deal on some Spohn tubular CrMo poly/poly non-adjustables a couple weeks ago and now I've got a line on someone with BMR bolt-on relocation brackets for almost half price.

I just need to know if I can use the relocation brackets with stock length arms. I hope so, but if not, I might be selling the non-adj Spohns to finance some adj Spohns

yes the holes are set in an arc,so they work with stock lenght arms in any position, as long as the brackets are installed correctly, there was a person on here a few weeks ago, who didn't install them correctly, and had problems with stock arms.

Don't believe the "bolt-in" thing. Bolt them in, then go get them welded. They will not remain stable with only the bolt holding them.

That's what I've heard. I've got a 120V wire-feed here at the house so I'll see how that does. If it doesn't look like the penetration is good enough, I'll go to the local muffler shop.

Thanks for the info, guys

You'll love it. Those 2 mods make a HUGE traction difference, even in just everyday driving.

Have a lot of people had wild success with LCAs and relocators? I saw zero traction gain after I installed them. If I could do it over again, Id have gotton the torque arm first.

nape, like was mentioned, as long as the reloaction brackets are put in correctly, the solid LCAs will go in fine. But you know, you should go adjustable anyway, cause I know someone that would like some solids at a good price.
