When i hit the gas i my ca makes a popping sound like somthing is loose, but when i hit the brakes it makes the same popping noise. I know i aint my trans mount but can it be my torque arm? when im on a real bumpy it makes a thumping noise like somthing is hitting the floor. Please help

 

Probably not torque arm it is connected to your transmission. Based on your description first I would check that your exhaust is not hitting anywhere and second the trans mount.
