Best way is for you to figure it out on your car. Take those measurements, and compare them against your current tires. Example, if your current tires are 8 inches wide, subtract to get 5 inches, then get under your car and see if an extra 2.5 inch on the inside edge of the tire will rub anything in the wheel well.
Why 325's? That's going to be a heavy tire... unless you have a hell of an engine, I'd think of doing something else to get traction. They definately won't work on a stock rim... you'd need some crazy backspacing.
