rear drivers side sits an inch lower than passanger side?!?
for some odd reason ive noticed lately that my car looks screwed up, the rear end looks like its on an angle. ive measured the distance between each rear wheel well and wheel, and oddly my drivers side is an inch lower than my passanger side. i had my shocks/struts replaced and it didnt help at all. what on earth would cause this?? ive checked out every single thing under the car and from what i can see, nothing "looks" bent or loose.
make sure that both sides have a spring isolator.
jack the rear end end support the fram rails with jackstands let the rear end hang all the way down with out touching the ground, the isolators should be on top of the spring and make sure they are seated properly, also make sure the springs are installed right and seated also.
thats my initial guess and makes the most sense to check over right now, because the springs hold the car up.

by frame rails, do you mean those crapy bendable jacking notches on each side? basicaly where the two peices of sheet metal are spot welded together? the drivers side was sagging down before i had the shocks/struts replaced AND after aswell. the guy even pointed it out to me so he knew about it before he worked on it. im not sure what a spring isolator looks like but ill get down there and take a look tonight after i get off work

A frame rail is a box-shaped piece of metal welded to the underside of the car. Our cars have front and rear subframes, using the body as the connector between the two. That's where subframe connectors come in; they weld in to the front frame rails and the rear frame rails, and tie everything together.
By crappy jacking points, are you talking about the front lower fender's mounting bolt? Yeah, never jack the car by there. Every f-body I've seen- including mine- has had that poor fender crushed in that spot.

You could jack it up right in front of the rear lower control arms.
The spring isolator is a black rubber 'donut' looking piece that sits above each rear spring. Removing them will lower the car in the rear about an inch. If you only have one then one side will sit higher.
I removed both of mine quite a long time ago and just noticed that my passenger side sits about an inch higher also. I just had my SFCs installed but I need to check some older pics to see if it was already like that. I really hope that it's just the spring that is not seated properly.

what exactly are the rear lower control arms? are those the bars that are connected almost under the back seats and extend down to the axel? what are those two bars that are behind the differential? they sort of form a sideways "V", why exactly are they shaped/angled like this? and is it possible those bars could be causeing this problem?
