Axle/Gears: 9" 3.73 spool
can some one check this whel size out for me?

Im looking into those wheels, i like the 16x8 up front and 16x10 in the rear.
Are the measurements right for my car?
i.e. backside/backspacing? i know the bolt pattern on my car is 5x4.75 but do they have that under the 10 inch wheel? offset?
What kind of things do i need to modify on the rear to fit 10 inchers? (street tires)
what things should i know about doing this or is it just so simple a monkey can do it?
