rear brake moan

Well, I replaced all my brakes, again, including the parking brake cables. I have all new pads and calipers, and I had the rotors turned. After I got it all together I adjusted the parking brake cable to where it says in the haynes manual. In other words the levers come all the way to the stops when the brake is released. When I come to a stop sign, I hear a slight noise, almost like someone has crumpled a dead leaf by my back tire. When I take off I get a horrible brake moan, if I barely pull up on the ebrake the moaning stops or if I go faster than 5mph the moaning stops. And when I turn at slow speeds it also moans. I replaced the brakes about a month ago, and I drive everyday, so they should be worn in right? I also used the caliper grease on all the rub points. Any ideas what it could be?

I took my car to my local mechanic, and he said the brakes were fine and that they weren't binding. I then took my car to Midas for a free estimate on brakes. Same thing "We hear the problem but theres nothing wrong with the brakes" I then called a third mechanic and he said the pads are bad and that I'll have to change them and get the rotor turned because the pad contaminated the rotor. Right. So I took everything off and I noticed something. The back of both pads had wear marks from the pad moving around. So I put on some of that pink disk brake quiet gel and poof! The noise is COMPLETELY gone. Now I'll do the other side just in case. :lala:

Well I thought it was fixed, but now it's starting to do it again. These brakes are really driving me crazy, but I know its because the pads are loose, I just have to find a way to fix 'em.
