What wonderbar do i need for an 86 Trans Am carbed can i use this one???

That isn't a Wonderbar. A Steering Brace (aka Wonderbar) mounts below the car, between the front sway bar mount brackets and the frame. What you've shown is a STB (Strut Tower Brace). The Edelbrock one you've linked to will not fit a carbed car without modification. If you're not running an a/c you'll have an easier time mounting it. Otherwise you'll need to modify the a/c mounting bracket.
