I have the energy suspension hyperflex kit in my room right now. About 120.00 from summit catalogue. The spohn kit does have a few more bushings. It is also a bit more expensive. Noone replied to my inquiry (look down the post list - "got my hyperflex kit today")... Forget them - without a doubt, you will feel the difference. These bushings are going to help your suspension work better - period. Get the spohn kit, it looks to have a handful more than the hyperflex kit for only a little more money.

the only thing it doesn't appear to include for doing a full rebuild, is the actualy tie rods, ball joints, idler arm ect. the tierods and ball joints i bought cam with poly boots included.
Our "Total Kit" is a kit that we put together, it is not Prothane's "Total Kit", but it is all Prothane bushings. Basically, we put together a kit the way it should be.
It includes everything you listed, but it does not include the motor mounts.
