getting rid of a torque arm

ive been thinking about ways to get rid of my torque arm. does anyone know how hard itd be to switch over to a ladder bar or 4 link rear suspension. i plan on x bracing the chasis adding sub frame connectors and doing a rear cross member. this is a t-top car and im building the motor for it now and plan on having around 500 hp and about 550-575 ft. lbs of torque. modifying floor pans is no problem seeing how no one will be in the back seat anyways so it can just be ripped out.

it's simple if you want to eliminate the torque arm, just back half the car and switch to a 4 link or ladder bar suspension. 4 links as a rule don't preform as well on the street as a ladder bar does. i guess "how hard" depends on your abilities and tools and equipment you have at hand.

Heres the crossmember and lift bars out of the car.

the lift bars are welded to the axle tubes and locate the pinion angle...

much stronger than a torque arm, and it launches straight and smooth as can be......traction is excellent as well.
