I have a set of 15 x 6 rims off an 80's regal that i got last year to put snow tires on my monte, but the monte's gone and i was wondering if they'd fit my firebird. i have the drums in the back(don't know if that makes a difference or not). i believe they're 5 x 4.75 with something like 3" of backspacing, will they fit? also last year i was looking at the blizzak snow tires, and this year i found tires called Hankook W404s, does anyone have anything to say about either of these? i'd like to get them on the car as soon as possible if the rims fit. thanks in advance.

 

I have a set of early 80's Olds rally rims (15x7) on my GTA right now...Since the Monte Carlo, Cutlass and Grand Prix share the same specs...I don't see why 15x7's shouldn't work...

But the best way to figure it out is to SWAP THE RIM ON...Maybe the 15x6 are not deep enough...or maybe they will work...

yeah, i don't think my car is moving until at least monday, so i'll try them. also i just remember i put the 15 x 6s on the monte when they towed it, but i have the stock 15 x7 ss rims to put on.
