Just installed my wonderbar!

Holy crap! What a difference!

I only took it out for about a half hour to throw some parts into the dumpster at work [stupid snow on the ground, grrr], but I drove over some roads that usually have me steering the whole time because of truck rutts in the road. It was 90% better then it was. Still a little bit of wavering going over them, but I attribute that to the short sidewall and other worn out suspension pieces.

I bought mine from Lon @ TDS and the fit was great. It seriously took me 10 minutes once I had the car in the air. I'll say it was the best $40 I've spent on the car yet. I'd even rate it better then the SFCs.

One other thing to report, Kumho Ecsta 711s suck horribly in dry snow. I couldn't go more then 5-10 MPH coming up my street. They've been great in rain so far, but they're definately not a snow tire.

It's cool that you were happy with yours! It sure is a simple install and, heck, I only paid $20 for mine. Personally, I never noticed a difference in handling.

well i know one thing it adds support no doubt, thats a pretty big stress area. it may help or not with handling depending on other mods to the car also.

The new TDS design has a larger bar then the stock iroc/gm desgin.

I assume if you payed 20 for it, it was a used stock one?

I have an older TDS design, and noticed a difference.

Yes, it's a stock IROC brace. Ya, maybe I didnt notice any difference because I have about every suspension mod already. I suppose the extra meat of the aftermarket brace would benefit, but not enough to justify the cost at this point.
