squeak sound not pads need HELP !!

squeak sound not pads need HELP !!

hi i just started driving my 82 t/a and there is a squeak,squeak sound coming from the driver side front wheel.It's not the pads i had it checked the shop guy said i needed u-joints.I'm looking for a second opinion.My guess is wheel ball bearings

p.s the tech was Ase certified.

any help would be grate thanks

Engine: 5.7 TPI; 5.0 TBI; ZZ4/T56 on the ag
Transmission: A4, A4, slated to be a T56
Check the bearings and you can see if there's any rust in the area where the caliper sits in the spindle, that would do it too.
