YES!!! Got my car running again for the first time in the last month.
Started right up, running smooth.. sounds soooooo good! Oh New Years has been good to me!
Anywho, on my list of things to complete before she is road worthy I need to fix my E-Brake.
I have a 1988 Camaro, with a 1989 GTA Rear end, with Disc's. My E-Brake cable doesn't seem to want to go on the brakes, so I think I need the E-Brake cable from a 1989 GTA, My question is, DO I need the ENTIRE cable, or is there some place along the line that I can take off the old cable and attach the new one??
Thanks fellas.. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!

Nope, those cables won't work with that rear. You will need cables for an '89-up car with "performance package" brakes. They attach to the mechanism above the driveshaft in the tranny tunnel but it's a fairly easy swap.
