Parking Brake Cable Location

Is the parking brake cable to the right rear supposed to be in front of or behind the sway bar link mounting?

I assume you have the stock 2.73 drum rear? If I'm right, it would go in front of the sway bar mount as it attaches to the front side of the backing plate when looking at it.
