Ive been beating this car hard for 50k/7 years. With over 250 documented passes in the 1/4..... Im starting to get cracks behind the corners of the windows (coupe). It rides like a skateboard (bone-jarring) and feels sloppy. what do i need???

sub frame sonnectors?
new struts & shocks?
Bushings?
springs?
All of the above??..
