steerings loose and steering wheel shakes...ball joint?

when i hait bumps such as rialroad track it feels like i blew my tire for about 30 seconds...the steering wheel shakes like crazy then straightens out...also....when turning the wheel sharp it feel..idk...just feels bad...haha.....and when driving down the road steering is very insensitive and seems kinda loose...and when in park and wheel turned all the way to the left i get a little ticking noise from the front left tire...im pretty sure all these problems are caused by the ball joint(s).....but i wanted more opinions...so help me out please???
