Chrome Moly vs. Steel Torque arm

Is it worth the $125 for the chrome moly torque arm over the mild steel?

Actually, I just e-mailed Steve Spohn about this same very thing and told him my car was running low 11's and he said the mild steel would be more then enough. So you do not have to go with the 4130 Chrome Molly that is offered.

The advantage of chromoly is that its alot stronger then steel. So what most companies do is that they can make the tubing thinner so that its still stronger then the steel version. Yet at the same time lighter then the steel version. If weight isnt really a factor for you then its not really needed. For me though I like shaving all the weight off the car that I can. So all of my suspension peices are Chromoly.
