i am in the market to buy some 17 inch torq thrust for my 87 firebird and i was wondering where to go to buy these so i can get the right offset. Everytime i go to discount tire or ntb they always say that there are only two aftermarket wheels that fit my car and i know that is bs i see lots of thirdgens with aftermarket wheels please help if anyone knows how to get them.

 

I say E-mail American Racing and ask them. They will know better than anybody. Then take their info to a place that can back up their work and have them install the sizes that American Racing tells you.
