What size tyre for this rim?

What size tire do i need for the rims. I plan on getting boyd coddingtons smoothie's , 18x9.5 front and back , with the front backspacing 5.25 and rear 5.5 . I know this will work b/c i have talked to chevyken about this. He runs this setup with 17's . The rear tyres i need are 275/35/18 and i dont know what size for the front. Also i would like a taller rear tyre for the back to fill some fendergap, what size should i make them . ps i dont care about the speedo being messed up cause the 4.10's allready messed that up.

275/35/18 would be the correct tire for 18x9.5 (thats what I'm running on my rear and same would apply for the front). But if you want a taller tire in the rear, then maybe a 275/40/18 but I dunno if they make that size. If you got the ground control weight jacks and custom height springs like you were talking about in the other thread, then you could just lower it to fill the fender gap.

I went through the same stuff you are going through right now. I had the Sportlines first, but I thought the rear was too high, then got the weight jacks and correct springs for the rear and now running them on my 18's with 275/35/18 rear. Here is a pic if you want to see what it looks like. That pic was taken with the Sprtline springs in front and weight jacks in back with custom height spring. But IMO the front was now too high (which you can see in this pic) so the Sportlines were removed and went with weight jacks in the front and custom springs in the front (sorry no pics yet). I feel like I'm addicted to lowering or something. Be warned that if you do the rear you will want to do the front too! LOL!!
