4thgen wheels increase wheel bearing load/wear?

Would using spacers and C5/4thgen wheels increase the wear on the wheel bearings?

no, the centerline of the wheel stays in the same place (roughly).

Engine: 5.7L,mild cam etc.
Transmission: modded 700r4 w/2600
doubtful,because there is not any additional weight past the center of the hub
