planning suspension rebuild few ?s

ok ive got a 92 rs, and i know the suspesion is the same as it was the day it left the factory. im planning on upgrading everything, once i get a little bit more money, but for right now i want to do just the bushings and the little stuff. What do i need to replace and where do i start, to get everything for the rest of the suspension mods ill being doing shortly. If someone could give me a list of everything ill need or point me in the right direction to get the info id greatly appreciate it. thanks in advance
Josh
Also i wanna go better than stock
im wanting to drop it about and inch and do shock n struts also, should i do that before i move onto anything else (sfcs, stb, lca's,panhard bar, etc)

trouble with your plan is you'll be wroking on and with some of the parts you want to replace later, like if you do control arm bushing you'll be at the ball joint and the tie rod end plus the sway bar bushing. that and most of the parts are a lot easier to take off with a torch that a wrench. buy moog or trw replacement parts

If you plan on upgrading to better suspension parts it is not really worth it to go and buy new bushings. The new parts that you buy will come with new poly bushings that will replace the ones that were with the stock parts. A set of sub frame connectors, shocks and springs go a long way.

thanks ed and shifty. I should pretty much just wait till i have all the parts and do everything at once then.
For the springs i was thinking ibach or proline, kyb shocks, and a spohn sfc any disagreements there.
Thanks
Josh

You will be very happy with Eibach springs and Spohn stuff. That is what I run and I love it. The new shocks will make it even better.
