Weird rattle/tap on passenger side when car turns to the right

Ok my friend has a 1992 chevy camaro and everytime he turns the wheel to the right and drives forward it rattles and shakes the whole car. The noise is coming from some part of the front passenger side suspension, but i have no clue wat part cuz i know nothing about camaro's. It doesnt do it when turning to the right in reverse, only forward. If anyone has any idea wat the problem could be plz let me know, he's getting a little worried and is too po' to go to a shop. Thanks in advance

RUN!!! IT'S GONNA BLOW!!!

Actually, it sounds like his whole front suspension needs a rebuild... bout time for it, after 14 years, it has probably taken a hell of a toll on it. You can get a Polygraphite front end kit from www.p-s-t.com for $159. I would also reccomend adding new inner tie rods and a centerlink to that order.
