Dropzone v. Eibach & ?
I purchased my first set of dropzone springs and installed them this weekend. Having had Eibach springs as well, I thought I'd make a comparison for those shopping. The dropzone springs have excellent ride and handling. The only problem I have is that the car's stance is not right. The height is not consistent (not really noticeable, but being a perfectionist, it is driving me crazy), and the front sits a little higher right now. I've heard that they need to "settle" which is not a good thing in my mind. I'll give them two weeks, otherwise the stock IROC springs are going in. Before you ask, yes they are absolutely installed correctly. Having owned more than one set of Eibachs, I can make the comparison. The Eibachs never needed to settle. The Eibachs were consistent, one was NOT higher than the other, and they weren't as stiff. In my opinion, spend the extra $100 and get the Eibachs.
My ? is, do the dropzones really need to "settle"?

friend of mine got a garage full of 3rdgen stuff from a guy who was in a divorce..... he has these new, purple springs.. he was told they're eibachs.... i thought eibachs were black... these are purple.. (girlfriend says its lavender)
so who makes lavender drop springs?
