i am having trouble figuring out the swing out kit instalation. the crappy instructions say to drill a 3/4 " hole in the bar tubing for the hinge pin tubing (the black tube on the pin and bolt in the pic). i get that. the part that sucks is the hinge tube is slightly bigger than the 3/4" tubing (same size as in the pic) and the hinge plates need to sit flush on the bar but the extra length does not permit this. i was under the impression that there was no mods to be dont to the hinge pin tube (as in ther instructions).
also am i suppose to weld this hinge tube into the bar tubing?

i have emailed steave spohn already and decided to post here that way i can get the quickest answer possible. by the way, s&w cages/roll bars are good quality, but there instructions are not.
