rear end/ suspension Q

my rear is about 1.5 to the left. so i went to a fairly reputible (sp?) shop they said it is indeed is moved over about 1.5 in or so to the left. on a quick inspection....the frame is not bent nor any of the suspension... he reffered me to a 4 wheel alimate shop... he said he doesent see anything wrong no crab walking or anything. I think a good frame shop should be able to tell me what's wrong... wierd... anyone got any ideas on what can cause this?

could just be your springs are soo worn in the rear that it's sagging enough to move the rear that far or your passenger side spring is broken.

1.5" is a lot. Is your panhard bar broken. I think they measreed wrong. You would be able to see with your eyes that amount of difference. Does it look that far off with your eye. 1.5 would be seen with ease. Even saggy springs should only shift it a tiny bit. You cannot allign the rear end of these cars. You can only adjust stuff with adjustable parts.

Time for an adjustable panhard bar.

That car had to hit a curb with it being that much out on the drivers side. If the panhard bar was bent, it would shorten up, thus causing the rear to offset to the other side. The panhard body mount must be bent, But with your pictures (the last one- #6) you can barely see any off the upper mount stucture in the picture to tell if there is damage to the body support mount.
