spohn doesn't sell an upper brace.
granaltti makes one for 4thgens, i am not sure if it fits or not, but it is basicly a boxed version of the stocker. i have also seen boxed ones on Ebay.
there is a pick floating around of someone who made one that was tubular, if you want to replace it with a tubular version, that is about your only choice. i'm currently working on one. but it is a little ways down on my list, there are other parts that are taking priority over that.
