Swapping 99rear disk to 87rear disk

I've searched and came up with limited info on hardline swap. Someone said to convert the 4th gen lines, Ed said the 91-92 disc will work, but i dont want to buy knew unless their all stainless. And im broke right know.
I pulled my car in on the rack at work today. It appears that the flare and size of the line is the same. my lines screwed into the caliper hose fine.
The drivers side seemed it had extra bends so i could bend and move it to were i need to. The pass. side looked to be 2" short and in the wrong spot.
So if I undid the line at the T and clips on axle tube, I could bend it were i need to.
I was wondering what others did when the did the swap
