alston sfc's
hey guys
got my alston sfc yesterday so i put my cvar up on the alignment rack after work took cat off and put the sfc up there on passenger side closest i could get the mount was about .25 inches in the rear of the mounting pad and almost totally down in the front is that normal for the angle to be off slightly moving the entire assembly forward or back had no decernable effect on the gap the rear mounting point is awesome but the front on pass side is uneven .....if that makes sense???

ive noticed every set of sub frames i install, they are always off in some spots. even on the 4th gens they are not always a nice fit. i actually used a hammer and bent the front plates in a bit to form a better fit then welded them. bolt em in the back and pull them up as far as they go then weld the front up, then the rear. thats what i did anyways. its not like your gonna break a weld unless you do a really poor job
