Groaning noise when you take a corner hard

I just had my power steering pump replaced, and when I take a corner hard, I hear this groaning coming from some part of the steering. The car is an MSE, so it is putting more stress on the front suspension with bigger sway bars w/ poly bushings. I'm not sure if the system needs to be bled, or what is happening. Any ideas?

Has the pump been filled with the correct level of fluid?

I talked to the mechanic and he replaced the pump under warrenty. Now their is no noise when going around a corner fast. The first pump installed must have been faulty.
