spohn vs. alston SFC's?

i plan on getting some SFC very soon but im not sure which ones to get. any opinions?

Don't know about alston but I've got spohn sfc's and they're pretty good.

I too have Spohn's and I'm satisfied with them. Better then the older ones I had that tied the sub frames direct. I didn't even put the inch of sheet metal peices along the floor board yet like Spohn suggests. I'm guessing when I do that they'll be even better.
