breaks feel wierd
okay so i had replaced all 4 brakes on my car, pads and shoes... i got some bendix , i thought this would fix the problem or my car pulling to the right , but it didnt, could it be the calipers? another thing , when i press the brakes slightly the car seems to stumble as if i were to be pumping my brakes, any help apreciated
For the stumble on braking I'd suspect the booster.
Pulling is usually a bad flex line or caliper.
Did you get the rotors & drums turned?
Did you try bleeding the lines to check for good fluid flow?

sounds exactly like a bad flex line.
when the rubber lines wear out, they wear from the inside out.
little pieces of rubber come loose from the inside..
if you've ever pulled one of thoes string cheeze snacks apart, you'll know what the inside wall of your line is like..
what happens is these little "hairs" of rubber act like one way valves... the fluid gets pushed past them (the stumble you feel) then when you release, the fluids pressure causes the "valves" to cover the line... so it takes longer for the fluid to return... that causes a slight pull.
sounds wierd.
first time i heard of it, i didnt believe it.. i replaced EVERYTHING.. eventually i did the line and it fixed it.
when you do them, replace all 3..

, should i go with steel lines? just be aware that they dont take the stress of hanging a caliper by them as good as the rubber lines do.. i know you arnt suppost to hang them anyway, but people do....
when you do that with stainless lines, the fittings can come off.
After i did my 1LE swap my brakes are still really spongy but there are alot of things i still need to do to them. I think i still have some air in the lines and i need to change my rear hard lines on the rearend. I also want the braided lines and i work at Napa and they have superior parts so im buying all there rotors and pads. We just had a product awarness meeting yesterday on brakes showing why ours are better then all the leading competitors neat stuff including the titanium bendix.
