need to turn a front spring but dont wanna drop the LCA

just like the heading says my LF eibach spring has turned a bit and now that side of the car is lower than the other side. the frame is almost resting on that rubber stopper. i was wondering if i let the suspension hang is there any way i can turn the spring so that the end of the botton coil sits between the 2 holes again. it only has to move i'd say about an inch or so. i really dont wanna have to take it back out again. thanks.
