can anybody help me out with my Drum brakes?? I need to know how to do them. Thats one thing ive never done on a car since all of my other cars had discs. A link to a site would be great or a step by step would also work! Thanks in advance.

if you're mechanicly inclined, you may be able to just look at them and see how it goes...

what i used to do before i got the hang of it was pull both wheels off, but only do one side at a time, using the other side as a reference of how they go.

well seeing how the drivers side drums are set up a lil differently than the pass side.......doing one before the other and using one as a referance for another isnt a good idea.......get a manual...haynes...etc etc whatever your preference.....anyways ....it can be a lil tricky with the springs, but do it a couple times and itll be a breeze......

if someone here would be so kind as to yank the wheels off of their car and take a pic for you thatd be GREAT....if i had a digi cam id do it....buuuuut......heh...

heres a link to my method, but i tend to over do things

anyways, youll want to pick up a couple tools

spring tool

shoe pin tool

those will make the job much easier. you can get them at any store like auto zone, and you should get a chilton or haynes manual while youre there. itll give you pics and instructions on what to do
