Hmm, I guess I explained this wrong. I need 4 lug nuts that require a special socket to remove them so the wheels cannot be take off without that socket.

I would like these with threads so you can put on a lug nut cap.

You explained it right

Goto the dealer. 4 locking lugs with socket key, threads on outside for screw on lug caps, comes in a box that says GM Accessories.

Actually, Amcor makes them, GM markets them under the GM Accessories label.

$16 at the dealership if you have a commercial account. Usually they have them in stock.

SLP sells them also, but they're the 4th gen style (about 1/4" longer)

Just out of curiosity, but are the 91-92 style locking lugs blue in color?

I'll swap you if you want. Do you have 4 regular lugnuts (with the threads of course) that aren't rounded off at all? If so, I'll trade you my locking ones and the key straight up. I personally can't stand the locks, and no one in my neighborhood is going to steal rims anyways. If they are, they'll steal them off the Infiniti G35 or Lexus LS400 across the street..
