Ok...
I have all the front suspension pieces. Springs, idler arm, ball joints, tie-rods...everything.
I have a ball joint press. Do you think I should replace my control arm bushings? How often do they go bad? I would rather do it but I do not know if I can afford the down time of running around trying to get them pressed in. Is it possible to do with a ball-joint press?
If my dads mustang GT wouldn't have blown up I wouldn't be having this problem....

If you're replacing the rest of it why not do these too? Using a ball joint press will work but it's not easy. The easiest way is to burn them out with a torch and then beat the shells out of the arims, then press in the new ones.
