rim size...HELP!

I plan on building a 400-500 hp 350ci this summer for my thirdgen but can't decide on what rim width I should use let alone what size will fit.

Should I run an 8in or 10in rim width and what kind of back-spacing would I need on either one. Also, what is the maximum slick width that would fit on either rim as long as the rim diameter is set at 15in.

Finally, I know this is a stupid question, but what is the bolt circle size on our thirdgen cars. Mine is a 91rs if it makes a difference.

Thanks in advance!
