power steering fluid hose

The hose is always wet with fluid. The resivor never reads low and all the lines are snug. Any ideas?

I'd dry the line off, and sprinkle baby powder around it. Next time the hose gets wet, there should hopefully be some kind of trail in the powder.

Is your water pump leaking and throwing coolant onto the hose?
